Sinking into a painting
throughout the day
while admiring incised lines
appearing and disappearing
nearby without a deadline
In a million years earless
in a white bobbed wig
with a tangle of wires
not far behind
replying to queries
of language speakers
in flightless flocks
above a humped ox
In a wound up hubbub
that hums as cousins
of whistling ones
but remembering none...
